Are Tours Available at Paddled South

Paddled South doesn’t have official tours per se, however they welcome anyone to walk through the back brewing area. They caution everyone to not touch the fixtures due to them being hot.

What Types of Beer Does Paddled South Have

Their beer list is constantly changing due to them having small batch sizes. Paddled South brewers prefer the Belgian and traditional German style beers, however their list still contains IPA’s, Pilsner, Porter, Stout, and Wheat beer.

If available make sure you check out their Tangerine Heat which is a beer made with Jalapeno flavoring and a little bit of heat.

What Does The Inside Have To Offer

There are a few tables as well as bar seating within this location. If you desire, you can call ahead and reserve a table for your party. Be aware, this is a small location however, each time we have visited, we have not had to fight for a seat. On nice days, Paddle South is able to open up the front and back garage doors to allow for a breeze.

Paddled South offers well kept bathrooms for their guest.

Does Paddled South Brewery Have Outdoor Seating?

Paddled South does have outdoor seating of picnic tables under umbrellas. All together there are about 6 picnic tables. There is also a small stage for entertainment to set up on.

Does Paddled South Serve Food

Paddled South does not have a kitchen and does not serve its own menu. However, food trucks are on location and for specifics, please follow Paddled South on social media. You can find an updated list of Food Trucks on Instagram.

Are Kids and Pets Allowed

Well behaved kids and dogs are allowed in the brewery. If unruly, you may be asked to leave. Keep in mind the inside seating area is small so large dogs may not have a lot of space.

Are There Other Drink Options

Paddled South does have other drink options such as water, Cheerwine, Sprite, Coke, Diet Coke, and Capri Sun. They also have seltzers and ciders but remember to ask for them since they are not on the menu behind the bar.

How’s Parking Availability

Street parking is available on Main Street. However, after business hours, everyone can park at the bank right next door. Even better, they have an ATM for when you need to buy the bar a round!

Other Fun Facts

Paddled South is walking distance from High Point’s new professional baseball team, the High Point Rockers. Yes, that is a baseball team and not a furniture store. So take the family, watch some baseball, and get paddled with one of their great beer options after the game.
