While Yuengling’s 10 grams might not sound like a lot in isolation, remember that beer calories are arguably “empty calories.” That is, they’re not providing significant nutrients. So if you’re counting carbs or calories for health reasons, or just for fun, you should definitely factor in your Yuengling.

The Carb Conclusion: To Drink, or Not to Drink?

 

In the world of beers that don’t ask you to sacrifice your waistline, Yuengling plays a pretty respectable game. That 10g carb count in a Yuengling Traditional Lager isn’t a deal-breaker for most, but it’s certainly something to consider if you’re health-conscious.
